Reasonable hotel in great location

Great location to Chaweng Beach. Clean comfortable bed. A/C in the room was good but needed the key inserted to work.

Bathroom smelled a bit but I think that’s just the Thailand sewerage system.

very convienient for airport. super value for money.

Location was perfect in regards to being close to airport & also being a stone throw away from the busiest party town of Koh Samui. The bed was comfy. The AC was great. The room was very good value for money. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Location. Very loud music till late - but this is no fault to the property.

The price

We asked for a refund for the days we did not spend at the hotel due to the political situation in Israel, they did not consider and were not willing to return part of the money, we paid 5 nights in fact we only stayed 1 night

Convenience location, anything you need just nearby 7 eleven, restaurant & shop just few step away from hotel.

Water heater not enough hot, air conditioning not really cold enough.

Great location in the center of Chawing and reasonable room rate.

Rooms were very basic, the front wall was glass with a Curtin to conceal your privacy and a nuisance to go in and out of the room. Furniture was also very basic, could do with a couple of drawers to store belongings, Room did have a safe which is essential but is located at floor level and difficult to use if you are elder.

No coffee facilities in the room to make a coffee I had to buy a kettle and cup so I could have one in my room. Also no wardrobe or drawers for clothes

It's clean

Lots of street nois all day long. The rooms are bihaind a Ladyboy cabaret it is noisy all day long up to midnight. Outside the room it stinks, smelling of sewage and the street trafic. For that price i expect a lot more Do not go there it is f... Horrible

terrible service, air conditioning was licking on the bed, receptionist was moody and not nice. I checked in and after a few hours checked out. didn't want to stay there.

What was the highlight of Khun Chaweng Resort

The first room that we received was smelly and full of mosquitos and flies. When we asked to change it, the woman at the reception was very rude and at first she didn’t want to satisfy our request, while making up absurde excuses. After she checked the situation, we finally could get another room: old and smelly towels, bed was ok, but it was almost impossible to sleep because of the loud music that was coming from the nearby bar (and it was a week day). Overall, we would recommend to run away from this place.

Great location. Not too noisy but might be a problem if you area light sleeper! Clean and comfortable bed with good air con and fairly strong wi-if. Great value for money overall and friendly staff. Cleaners always happy to assist. Good secluded pool with beach only a 3 minute walk away.

For privacy you need to keep the curtains closed as there is no other natural light so can feel a little gloomy. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

great price, room was very dated, the hotel grounds weren't very well kept, feels likes it needs a proper upgrade. I was only here for one night, which i was glad. Good location, but not the best

rooms needed updating, Aircon unit was broken and didn't blow up enough cold air

Staff were friendly. Pool was nice and quiet.

There was only 2 plugs in the whole room. One for the tv and 1 for the fridge. To charge anything you had to unplug one of those and climb under a table to plug it in!! No kettle in the room which is unusual.

The staff were very rude! The air con didn’t work, refused to change my room and took my money and refused to give me a refund! There was plenty of spare rooms available to change me too! Do not stay here! Staff very rude, dirty room, facilities didn’t work! Very noisy at night and it was so hot, it felt like I was sleeping in a tent! Sheets dirty, bed comfortable! Terrible! Only thing is good here is the location!
